宜興市九洲封頭鍛造有限公司成立于2003年，發展至今已擁有一支職業精神優良，專業技術過硬的員工團隊，有各類專業技術人員15名，其中工程師職稱6人，高級工程師職稱2人。有各類持證人員18人項，其中無損檢驗人員5人18項，持證焊工11人41項，理化檢驗人員2人6項。專業承制各種不同規格、材質、形狀的鍋爐壓力容器封頭。公司擁有300噸、500噸、800噸、1200噸、4000噸和6000噸沖壓機組和3.6米、4.2米、6.5、8.5米和12米旋壓機組。直徑3.5米、4.5米、12.500mm熱處理爐，有數控拋光機、等離子焊機、全自動封頭坡口研磨機、數控切割機、龍門式全自動磨光機、等離子自動拼板焊機、跣邊機等先進的工藝裝備。并配備規范的無損檢測曝光室、理化實驗室、焊試室、焊材一二級庫。公司將不斷增加技術裝備投入，優化工藝過程，實現全自動生產。

YixingJiuzhou Head Plate Forging Co., LTD., founded in 2003, Withthe development ,we have a team of professional  and technical staff, there are all kinds of professional and technical personnel 15peoples, engineers 6 peoples,  seniorengineer 2 peoples.There are 18 members of all kinds of licensed personnel,including non-destructive inspection personnel 5 peoples 18 items,  welders 11 peoples 41items, physical andchemical inspection personnel 2 peopless 6 items.

 We have 300 tons, 500 tons, 800 tons, 1200tons, 4000 tons and 6000 tons of automaticpress machines, and 3.6 meters,4.2 meters, 6.5meters, 8.5 meters and 12 meters spinning machines.Diameter of 3.5 meters, 4.5 meters, 12.5 meters  heattreatment furnace, NDTroom,physics and chemistry room,mechanics laboratory,welding test room,weldingwarehouse We continuously increase investment in technology andequipment,such an NC polishing machine,plasma welding,nc cutter,gantryautomatic grinder,automatic plasma welding machine,milling machine; we will continuously increase the inputof technical equipment, optimize the process and realize full automaticproduction.

公司按國家標準建立了規范的產品質量保證體系，先后通過了ISO9001:2008質量體系認證、ISO14001:2004環境體系認證、OHSMS18001職業安全衛生管理體系。2006年10月取得A3級鍋爐壓力容器部件生產許可證，2009年7月取得ASME認證證書，2014年3月取得中國化工裝備協會《封頭制造單位認證證書》。

YXJZ has a national standard of qualitycontrol system,has qualified by ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, OHSMS18001.Weobtained production licenses of A3 in Oct.2006 and achieved the internationalapprovals of ASME in July 2009.  

公司產品種類多樣，有橢圓封頭、碟形封頭、平底封頭、錐體封頭、球形封頭、球冠形封頭、U型圈、膨脹節等，直徑范圍從42mm到12000mm，材質涵蓋碳素鋼、合金鋼、不銹鋼和和鈦、鎳、鋁等有色金屬。公司不斷進行工藝創新，在國內同行中率先開發出偏心錐體封頭、弓底封頭、分片球形封頭、大型超薄鈦板旋壓封頭和大型薄壁不銹鋼分片成形法、大型薄壁特材旋壓加工成形法等新的加工工藝。
